Here is important information to help you get started. Thanks for reading!

All our camping rates are based on a maximum of two adults, two children,

one RV/tent/campervan, two vehicles, one boat, and two pets per site.

(we never allow more than six overnight guests and two pets per site)

When making an online reservation, please register

each additional adult (18 and older), child, vehicle, boat or tent.

Monthly reservations are not available online.

Each online reservation requires 100% payment due at time of reservation.

Reservation Fee: $5.- per stay

While there, please "Read and Accept" the Terms and Conditions on your reservation

that are also posted below. It's required prior to your arrival.

Once your reservation is completed, an Email Confirmation is sent out immediately.

(If you don't see it in your inbox within the hour, it probably ended up in your spam folder)

Please read the email and make sure your arrival and departure dates and everything else is correct. It is important to make any corrections immediately.

Reservation Cancellation Policies

Reservations cancelled by 6:00 pm PST seven days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee of $ 10.00 and the balance will be refunded.
Reservations cancelled 7 days or less before your scheduled arrival date will NOT receive a refund.

Reservation Changes Policies

Please reply to the “Email Confirmation” that was sent when you made your reservation and request your reservation to be changed. Once the request has been processed, an email will be sent confirming the change.

A change can be made as long as it is done by 6:00pm PST 7 days prior to arrival date.

If you are adding days, the credit card used at the time of your reservation will be charged. If canceling day(s), the balance will be refunded

Please contact us if you do not receive an email confirming your reservation was changed or cancelled after 24 hours of request.

Reservation Refund Policy

We do not refund / pro-rate for early departure due to illness, work schedules, breakdowns, etc.

Camping is an outdoor experience. Therefore, we do NOT give refunds due to weather, sand, gravel, trees, the discomforts of nature, insects, illness, dislike of your neighbors, noise, change of minds in staying, or other situations that are out of our control.

Arrival and Departure Information

Check-in time between 1PM and 7PM in the summer and between 1PM and 6PM in the winter.

Check-out time is NOON

To receive Bathroom Code and WiFi password, Terms and Conditions must be accepted online. If you haven't done so, please go to your email confirmation and click on the link and follow those instructions.

On arrival, we recommend ringing the doorbell at our office for the host (doorbell alerts the cellphone from the host).
The host will welcome you, share any important information, including the easiest way to get into your site, the bathroom and Wi-Fi-codes, free earplugs, and visitor guides. The host can also show you any other site that might be available to choose from and assist where needed.

Codes or passwords will not be given out over the phone.

LATE ARRIVALS

Any guest who arrives after hours (6pm winter and 7pm summer) should contact the office ahead of time for information on how to find their site. Since we're a small campground, we are NOT able to assist 24/7.

Pet Rules

GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE for the behavior of their pets.

Pet Policy:

• For the safety and comfort of other dogs, their owners and non-pet owners, nuisance barking or aggressive behavior is not allowed at any time. If it occurs, you could be asked to leave.
• Units are limited to a maximum of two pets. Any additional pet needs to be approved by the management.
• Owner/caretaker is responsible for picking up after dogs and keeping them QUIET! Barking is absolutely not allowed.
• Dogs are to be on a leash AT ALL TIMES while outside of your Tent, RV or Cabin. No matter how obedient your dog is.
• Dogs are not allowed to dig holes.
• No unattended barking dogs at any time.
• Dog fights or injuries caused by unleashed pets are immediate cause for eviction.
• Pets are not allowed in restrooms, showers, or laundry room.
• Pick up after your dog! It is not the job of staff or other customers to clean up after your dog(s).
• Children walking the dog must clean up after the dog. If they cannot do that, then they cannot walk the dog unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Cats need to be kept inside RV overnight.
• If another guest complains about your pets for any reason, we will address the issue with you. If you don't comply, you will be asked to leave without refund.

Disclaimers

Our RV Park is next to busy State Highway 14 and a train comes through far more often than we like, blowing its whistle day and night. Light sleepers, please ask for complimentary earplugs or bring your own.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries or losses due to fire, theft or vandalism.
Adults are responsible for the actions of their children and pets.
Items left behind will be kept in the office for you to retrieve for a maximum time of one week.
We reserve the right to change your reservation, your requested site, and our rates without prior notice. To prevent disappointments, arguments, and displeasure, please check if any changes have been made to your reservation prior to your arrival. Our goal is to make you happy and if changes are made, they're usually only to benefit all parties involved.

Electronic Signatures

You agree that your electronic signature, whether digital or encrypted, is intended to authenticate the Terms and Conditions contained herein and to have the same force and effect as manual signatures. Delivery of a copy of this Agreement or any other document contemplated hereby bearing an original or electronic signature by email transmission in “portable document format” (“.pdf”) form, or by any other electronic means intended to preserve the original graphic and pictorial appearance of a document, will have the same effect as physical delivery of the paper document bearing an original or electronic signature.
